Privacy
What this site collects
Last updated 12 August 2026
Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and loads nothing from a third party. If you email or book a call, we keep what you send so we can reply.
The website itself
The typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so no third party is told you visited. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
Whoever hosts this site keeps standard server logs, which normally include IP addresses and are held briefly for security and abuse prevention. That is the host's processing, not ours.
When you get in touch
If you email naresh@proscendia.com, we hold your message and address in the mailbox so we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
Booking a call sends you to Calendly, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. It holds the name, email and timeslot you give it and writes the meeting into our calendar. Calendly is opened in a new tab rather than embedded here, so it sets no cookies on this site unless you go to it.
We do not sell this, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Email the address above and we will do it. Under UK and EU data protection law you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions.
Before this page goes live
It still needs the registered trading name and address of the entity behind Proscendia, the governing jurisdiction, and the named scheduling and email providers once those are chosen. Those are facts about the business, not something a draft should guess at.
